CALLBACK LIST- DAY 2
PLEASE READ ENTIRE CALLBACK LIST. Some names may appear on multiple lists
Thank you to everyone who auditioned for Annie. It was a very tricky matching process and we thank everyone for your enthusiasm and patience, especially as we put together the second day of callbacks.
Callbacks Day 2 (singing, acting, & dancing)- Monday, March 10 in evening
We ask that all actors be dropped off by parents as every room in our theatre will be used for a part of the callback and there will not be a holding area for parents. Our parking lot is on a first-come-first-serve basis, but there are no other events in our lot this night. An estimated end time correlates with each group. We ask that young cast members get picked up at this side door at the estimated end-time so they do not walk to the parking lot alone!
Doors will open for check-in at 3:45pm at the side door on Fillmore (look for signage)
If your name is not under any of the lists below, you are no longer being considered for this production of Annie. We have had a fantastic turn-out for this audition and, unfortunately, you were not a match for this production. Please do not give up! We know that there will be another show for you in the future where you will be a better match and hope we will get to work with you soon!

SYNOPSIS:
ANNIE:
Based on the popular comic strip by Harold Gray, Annie has become a worldwide phenomenon and was the winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The beloved book and score by Tony Award winners, Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, features some of the greatest musical theatre hits ever written, including the show-stopper, "Tomorrow."
With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms every-one's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the won-drous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations... and even befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! She finds a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.
This production is being directed by VYT Alumni, Michelle Chin! Michelle has a long history of acting, performing and directing here in the Valley, and around the world. She is currently the Festival of New Works Director, Summer Camp Director, and Resident Dramaturge for The Phoenix Theatre Company and a Faculty Associate for the School of Music, Dance and Theatre at ASU. VYT Favorite, Kathleen Brazie will be choreographing.
